Unsuccessful delivery attempt. Insufficient or incorrect address

Please note that the statuses used in our service are universal for all postal operators. If the original status of the postal operator is different from universal, it is tantamount to the status of our service.


Status Unsuccessful delivery attempt. Insufficient or incorrect address - used when postal operator attempted delivery of postal item , but location is wrong or location data insufficient for delivery.

Possible next steps:

  • Postal operator will try to obtain correct location data from recipient or sender
  • Postal item will be retained on demand of recipient
  • Return item to recipient

What to do:

For sender: contact with recipient and notify about delivery to wrong location.
For recipient: contact with postal operator and correct delivery location.
