Please note that the statuses used in our service are universal for all postal operators. If the original status of the postal operator is different from universal, it is tantamount to the status of our service.


Status Unsuccessful delivery attempt. Recipient moved, Left no Address - used if postal operator attempted delivery of postal item at location, but recipient was absent (moved).

Possible next steps:

  • Delivery to a new location
  • Return item to recipient

What to do:

For sender: contact with recipient and notify about item delivery.
For recipient: contact with postal operator and request delivery to new location.
