Electronic notification of shipment

Please note that the statuses used in our service are universal for all postal operators. If the original status of the postal operator is different from universal, it is tantamount to the status of our service.


Status Electronic notification of shipment - is used to designate fact of electronic notification of shipping. This status reserve tracking number of package in order to simplify the acceptance procedure by transport company. Generally (but not necessary), sender pay bil to receive tracking number. At the same time В this status does not mean fact of shipment of the package and transport company wait for sender's arrival. That's why this status doesn't meant real shipping of the package.

Next possible state:

  • Acceptance of the package by transport company from sender.
  • Comfirmation of shipment by sender.
  • Courier request by sender.
  • ancellation of shipment.

What to do if you get this status:

  • Wait for new statuses.
  • If no new statuses - contact with sender.
